Chulie can’t answer Cabbie’s questions directly (instead, he feebly attempts to be funny-Chulie is a hack (Artie’s words), and everytime Chulie thinks he has a witty comeback, he looks over at Howard to be acknowledged, or seeking some acceptance as to why he’s even in the room.
